Sandra Abbey is a 30 year survivor of the corporate world working in management and executive roles in operations, human resources, organizational development, and strategic planning. After seeing too many managers in large and small corporations with very little training in leadership skills, she started the company Leader Discovery with the mission to fill the world with leaders. Now, small business owners, entrepreneurs, and independent business professionals hire Sandra to help them rediscover the purpose and passion in their business.
